High-quality lifting ring:

It is related to whether the filter can withstand multiple openings and whether the pressure bearing effect meets the standard, so the Yate factory will choose high-quality and thicker lifting rings.

Rocker arm opening, spring pressure piece: convenient and quick opening, and makes filter bag replacement more convenient and quick

Surface treatment: It can be sandblasted or polished inside and outside according to your requirements.

Flange thickness and material: YATE factory has its own laboratory, which will conduct water pressure tests on the equipment. Since it needs to meet the pressure standards, the YATE factory will choose thicker flanges to ensure the safe use of the equipment.

Sealing ring:

YATE factory will select suitable and standard fluoro rubber rings for different food and beverage industries and fine chemical industries. Fluorine rubber rings are more expensive and more corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.

Inner plate thickness:

The YATE factory will choose a thicker inner hole plate, because when we conduct pressure and sealing tests on the filter housing, we find that the thicker inner hole plate has better pressure and sealing performance, and is more in line with safety standards during use.

Appearance of equipment: YATE factory has 12 years of experience in the filtration industry, so no matter in the selection of filters or the appearance design of filters, the user experience and safety issues during use will be taken into consideration. If you know the filtration industry, you should know that there is a risk of leakage if cheap steel is not tested and a thin layer is used, which does not meet the pressure-bearing standard.
